Adv. and Notary Nadir Alsberg coordinates the real estate and taxation field in the firm, and is one of a few top-quality lawyers in the country who specialize in and lead the field of municipal taxation in the country, ,
including property tax, construction tolls, signage tolls and development taxes – and has written many articles on these topics. He has personally handled tax files worth tens of millions of shekels, he has consulted numerous real estate deals, including apartments, lots, and commercial real estate, and he has extensive knowledge and experience in these fields – especially from the taxation point of view. In addition, Adv. and Notary Nadir Alsberg lectures in different courses in the Israel Construction Center, on topics like real estate taxation and contracts, in front of diverse audiences, and also serves as an advisor in housing fairs nationwide. In the past, he established and managed the Municipal Taxation Forum on the website Tapuz.
Real estate attorney and notary Nadir Alsberg has extensive and proven experience of 14 years in the real estate field, and has already handled thousands of deals of apartments and properties throughout the country, including complex ones, proven and long-standing representation of both tenants and entrepreneurs in the field of Tama-38.
Adv. At a later stage, Nadir worked as an attorney at the firm Yitzhak Meyuhas & Co., where he gained extensive expertise and experience in the field of real estate taxation and municipal taxation and worked with the largest organization in Israel, among are banks, industrial plants, marketing chains, gas stations, transportation companies, etc.
Adv. Alsberg has extensive experience and many years of expertise in these fields. Adv. Alsberg has succeeded in reducing general property taxes in tens of millions of shekels in many authorities, and he has hundreds of hours of experience in the various courts and appeal committees, all over the country.
