We firmly believe that the Internet should be available and accessible to everyone and are committed to providing a website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability.

To accomplish this, we strive to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. Adherence to these guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to the blind, people with motor disabilities, visual impairments, cognitive impairments and more.

This website uses various technologies designed to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We use an accessibility interface that allows people with specific disabilities to adapt the user interface (user interface) of the website and design it for their personal needs.

In addition, the website uses an artificial intelligence-based application that runs in the background and constantly optimizes its level of accessibility. This application corrects the HTML of the website, adapts its functionality and behavior to screen readers used by blind users and to keyboard functions used by people with motor disabilities.

Screen reader and navigation keyboard

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure that blind users visiting with screen readers can read, understand and enjoy the website’s functions. Once a user with a screen reader enters your website, he is immediately prompted to enter the screen reader profile so that he can browse and operate your website effectively. This is how our website covers some of the most important requirements for a screen reader:

  1. Screen reader optimization: We run a process that learns the components of the website from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compatibility even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen readers with significant data through the ARIA feature set. For example, we provide accurate form labels; Descriptions of actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); Authentication guidelines for form input; Element functions such as buttons, menus, modal dialogs (pop-ups) and others.
    In addition, the background process scans all website images. It provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts embedded within the image using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. To enable screen reader adjustments at any time, users just need to press the Alt + 1 keyboard combination. Screen reader users also receive automatic notifications to activate the screen reader mode as soon as they enter the website.
    These adjustments are compatible with popular screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack.
  2. Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adapts the HTML of the website and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website run using the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift + Tab keys, activate drop-down menus with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, power buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio components and a check box using the arrow keys, and fill them with the space bar or Enter.
    In addition, keyboard users will find content skipping menus available at any time by pressing Alt + 2, or as the first component of the website while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles pop-ups that have been activated by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, and does not allow the focus to drift out.
    Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (titles), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons) and “G” (graphics) to skip to specific elements.

Additional user interface customization, design and readability

  1. Font Adjustments – Users can increase and decrease its size, change its family (type), adjust spacing, alignment, line height and more.
  2. Color Matches – Users can select different color contrast profiles such as light, dark, inverted and monochrome. In addition, users can swap color schemes of titles, texts and backgrounds with over seven different color options.
  3. Animations – Epileptic users can stop all animations at the touch of a button. Interface-controlled animations include videos, GIFs, and flashing CSSs.
  4. Content Highlighting – Users can choose to highlight essential elements such as links and titles. They can also choose to emphasize only focused or hovering elements.
  5. Mute Audio – Users with hearing aids may experience headaches or other problems due to automatic audio playback. This option allows users to mute the entire website instantly.
  6. Cognitive Disorders – We use a search engine linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, which allows people with cognitive disorders to decipher the meanings of phrases, acronyms, slang and others.
  7. Additional Functions – We allow users to change the color and size of the cursor, use print mode, activate a virtual keyboard and many other functions.

Assistive technology and browser compatibility

We strive to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible so that our users can choose the most appropriate tools for them, with as few restrictions as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that make up over 95% of users’ market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS and NVDA (screen readers), both for Both for Windows users and for MAC users.
