This project is a continuation of the Boaz 2 project built by the group and populated in 2016.

Project location is the seam between Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan.

An old 3-storey building was demolished for the project, and a new and modern building is being constructed.

10 floors | 27 housing units | 2, 3, 4, 5 bedroom and penthouses
